Cigarette Girl !! Its another interesting spin on one of my favorite genres- slice of life! There's just something so special looking into the day-to-day of regular people, it makes you feel part of something bigger even though you're so small. Paired with romance it's even better!
Cigarette Girl on the other hand add's an interesting spin- the art direction first of all is really weird and off putting at first? Reminiscent of a duck lipped "Shin-Chan" it begins to grow on you and become quite charming despite the dullness of the main characters day-to-day- it almost leaves you feeling a little empty- which is the point I think, like a pack a cigarettes.
